Why hand-cleared, not blown out
Leaf blowers push debris into corners, downspouts, and onto siding. We hand-clear every linear foot — slower, more thorough, no surprises later in the season. Then we flush downspouts with water to confirm everything drains.

When to book
Most Durham homes need eavestroughs cleaned twice a year: late spring (after seed and pollen drop) and late fall (after leaves drop). If you have mature trees nearby, three times is better. Ice dams in winter are usually a sign gutters were never cleaned the previous fall.
